Do I need to create an account?
No. You never need an account or a password to bid. Checkout is handled through Stripe with just your name and email.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final. Winning a bid guarantees you 24 hours of locked, uncontested display on that tile, so you always get something concrete for your money.
How much do I need to bid to take over an owned tile?
At least 20% more than the current bid, or $1.00 more — whichever is larger — rounded up to the next whole dollar.
What happens right after I win a tile?
Ownership transfers to you immediately, and the tile locks for 24 hours so nobody can outbid you during that window.
Will my image show up right away?
Not immediately — every uploaded image is reviewed before it goes live, to keep the board clean.
What happens if nobody outbids me?
You keep the tile indefinitely, for as long as nobody places a higher bid.
Are there extra fees at checkout?
Sales tax and payment processing fees are added on top of the bid amount at checkout. The price shown on the board is exactly what the site receives.
